Balius Systems Monitoring & Alerts

Balius has invested in the automated tools and people to watch over the systems we manage. (Of course all monitoring is done via encrypted channels.) When something goes wrong our automated monitoring tools will detect the problem and alert our staff.

Balius Support Services

Balius Support Services provides our clients with a guaranteed call back on issues within a contract specified period. Our Support Services department is staffed by our senior engineers. Our engineers are experts who are knowledgeable about your system and who have years of real world experience. Our clients will receive hourly updates until the issue is closed via the Balius Ticketing System. Our support services can also be provided on a time and materials basis.

Balius Ticket System

All clients with a valid contract are given access to the Balius Ticket System. This is the system used by Balius staff and clients to track all issues, questions, and Requests For Enhancements (RFEs). The ticket system is constantly monitored and updated by Balius staff.

Balius Client Champion

The Client Champion is a single point of contact for your company. They will be the point of contact for all issues, including: support, access to information, and escalation management. The Client Champion will keep in regular contact with your company and keep you apprised of trends, issues, and changes in Balius' service offerings.

Balius Semiannual Architecture Review

This provides our clients with an in-depth review of their managed service/systems infrastructure. Included are things such as: hardware analysis, rule set review, patch levels, trend analysis, capacity and growth planning. These reviews provide our clients with a detailed report that can be used for financial planning or as a road map for growth and management of their infrastructure.
